Purchase Notice

Please present relevant identification documents proactively for verification by the ticketing staff when purchasing tickets. Additionally, please carry the relevant identification documents for inspection before entering the venue. Failure to provide valid identification will require purchasing tickets again as an adult. Those eligible for discounts, upon entry, cannot request partial refunds or supplement the ticket price difference.

Explanation of relevant documents is as follows:

  • Student Tickets: Valid student ID (For recent graduates, provide official enrollment notification or registration form for the current year along with an ID card).
  • Child Tickets, Charity Tickets: Proof of disability, pregnancy health handbook, national ID card, or government-issued identification with a photo, ID number, and date of birth for identity verification.
  • Children under 4 years old accompanied by a parent can enter for free.
  • Some exhibition areas and activities within the venue may require additional fees. For more information, please refer to the official website or contact on-site staff.
  • Ticket validity is based on the dates and entry times indicated on the ticket. If used or expired, it is considered void and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Lost, stolen, damaged, punctured, altered, stained, photocopied, or torn tickets are considered invalid and will not be accepted for exchanges or refunds.
  • Refund and exchange procedures for different channels should follow the regulations announced by each channel.
  • Do not purchase tickets through any unauthorized channels or websites to avoid compromising your own rights. The organizer and relevant ticketing platforms are not responsible for issues related to entry denial or other transaction disputes resulting from purchasing tickets through unauthorized channels.
  • If late arrival prevents timely entry, please follow the relevant regulations of the venue. Refunds or compensation cannot be requested for any reason.
